xHTML and CSS
HTML is a description language for web pages, compound of a set of mark-ups in which are included formatting properties.
These langagues are used by all websites, and are executed on client’s side. Their mastery is essential for websites design optimized for referencing, abiding accessibility rules.
Zend PHP
This language is used by more than 50% of professional websites; the main advantages are a huge community, rich and complete development libraries. It has become the reference in terms on web languages, largely ahead of its competitors.
Microsoft .Net : asp.NET / Csharp
Microsoft .NET represents a set of products and technologies from Microsoft, most of them depend on .NET framework.
Recently Microsoft has completely rebuilt "old" ASP. Programmers can now write ASP.NET code with whatever code supported by .NET framework, Csharp in our case, but also open-source languages such as PERL and PYTHON.
Database Management Systems
Ligams uses the most common Database Management Systems on the Web : MySQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Javascript / Ajax
JavaScript enables to enlarge HTML possibilities with dynamic functions control for the browser or HTML code itself. JavaScript code is directly integrated in HTML file or can be externalized.
Ajax enables server requests execution without refreshing the page.
XML / XSL
XML is a content description language. XSL is style sheet description language from W3C associated to XML, with it HTML pages can be generated with an XML content description.
Flash / Actionscript
Thanks to this technology, complex and dynamic vectored animation can be built while limiting download period. It allows streaming video integration, such as pod cast (e. g. Dailymotion or Youtube) as well.
Adobe has enlarged its libraries with AIR, a library proposed to generate windowed applications (Windows or Mac gadgets) from Flash.
